Emory University -
Atlanta,
GA
Emory University is located just 15 minutes from downtown Atlanta in the tree-lined suburban neighborhood of Druid Hills. Campers train and scrimmage daily on the beautifully groomed home field of the Eagles and are housed in dorms located just minutes away.
Directing the camp is Emory’s Assistant Baseball Coach
Ethan
Solomon. Coming off an outstanding 2007 season, the Emory Baseball squad once again reached the College World Series and finished National Runner Up. A former standout pitcher for the Emory baseball team, Coach Solomon was a three year starter and closer. His 52 career appearances ranked him sixth in school history at the time of his graduation. In two seasons, Solomon had 10 saves, second best in school history.
Upon graduation, he ranked in the top 15 in school history for ERA, best walk ratio, best strikeout ratio, and total strikeouts. Coach Solomon was a member of the Emory team that advanced to the Division III World Series in 2000, was ranked No. 1 in the

nation in 2001, won the conference title in 2001, received NCAA tournament bids in 2000 and 2001, and finished in the top 10 in the final national rankings in 2000 and 2001.
