Skip Kenney and his Stanford Swim Camp have set the standard for providing quality swim instruction for competitive swimmers around the world. For over 20 years, his swim camps have helped mold thousands of young men and women athletes into championship caliber swimmers.
Coach Kenney is one of the greatest coaches in the history of collegiate swimming and one of the most respected leaders in United States swimming today. He has led the Cardinal to seven NCAA titles and has been named NCAA Coach of the Year six times. In over 30 years as the head coach at Stanford, Kenney has recorded a 222-38 overall record, including an 125-8 record (.940) over the past 15 years, and 100% of his student-athletes have earned their degree. Further, Kenney's unparalleled 28 consecutive conference titles stands as the all time record for consecutive Pac-10 championships in any sport.
Kenney is also one of the top coaches on

the international circuit. He was named the men's coach for the U.S. team at the 2004 Short Course World Championships held in Indianapolis, Indiana. He also served as head coach of the United States Men's Swimming Team at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, and was an assistant coach at both the 1984 and 1988 Summer Olympiads. He has also served as U.S. National Team coach at countless other World Championships, Pan-American Games and Pan-Pacific Championships. For his tireless contributions on the international level, he was inducted into the American Swim Coaches Hall of Fame in 2004.

Campers from around the world train daily in the Avery Pool Complex, featuring 2 Olympic sized pools and a diving pool with platform. This is one of the most state of the art facilities in the United States

12-Noon Lunch, rest and free-time
2:00 pm Afternoon swim session
4:00 pm Planned extra-curricular “FUN TIME”
5:30 pm Dinner and rest
7:00 pm Evening activities, games, camp store
8:30/9:00 pm Extended Day Campers depart
10:00 pm Lights out!
Every camper has the opportunity to work with Skip Kenney, as he is on the pool deck during each swim session. Camp focuses on technique and drill instruction covering all four strokes, starts and turns.
