NBC Camps Formula for Success
NBC Camps strives to provide superior athletic instruction encouraging individuals to train physically, mentally, and spiritually to maximize their potential abilities.

NBC Camps is committed to honoring each camper’s athletic and life goals through providing an experience consisting of encouragement, intensity, progressive skill development, and a commitment to excellence.

Through skill training, games, tournaments, special events life examples, motivational talks, and group discussions, athletes are inspired to build a strong personal work ethic, a commitment to goal setting, and a life of integrity.

NBC Camps believes vital components for athletic and life development are servant leadership, forgiveness, social justice, and faith. NBC Camps values personal freedom and is founded on Christian principles including a belief in Jesus Christ. NBC Camps desires to provide the total camp experience for the total person.

Registration Fee
A $15 non-refundable registration fee will be charged to all campers who register for a sports camp. This is a one-time charge per camper per season regardless of the number of sessions that camper attends.

What are your cancellation and refund policies?
If you have to cancel, for any reason, we will issue you a camp credit for all camp fees paid, valid through the following camp summer. Your camp credit is only transferable to an immediate family member for any NBC Camps event through the following summer.

Cash refunds or more flexible camp credits will only be given with the purchase of Refund Protection (see rules below)

Refund Protection - "Our Peace of Mind Policy"

NBC Camps offers our camp families Refund Protection for $35 per session, due at the time of registration. Refund Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees (deposit or full payment) if you cancel for any reason before the final balance due date. Dates are as follows:

For camps that start in May or June, Final payments are due May 1st.
For July Camps, the balance is due June 1st
For August Camps, the balance is due July 1st

Please note: $35 Refund Protection and $15 Registration fee are non-refundable.

With Refund Protection, if you cancel after the final payment due date, we will issue you a camp credit for all camp tuition fees paid, valid through the following summer. The advantage of purchasing the Refund Protection even if you register after the final payment date listed above is your credit will then be transferable to anyone, family member or friend and may be used for any NBC Camp.

How can I pay my balance?

Most of you have probably already authorized us to automatically charge your balance with your credit card on the due date. If not, please call 1-800-406-3926 with your credit card number or mail a check made payable to NBC Camps. For more flexible payment options please call.
