Five-Star Cross Country Camp -
Rock Hill,
NY

Five-Star Cross Country is proud to announce its move to
Iroquois Springs Camp in Rock Hill, NY. Iroquois Springs is less than five minutes from Exit 110 on Route 17, east of Monticello. We are close to New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut and easily acessible to New York's Metropolitan airports.
Camp is surrounded by miles of almost never traveled roads, complete with endless running trails. We have a small lake on campus, two swimming pools, two theaters, and an excellent gym. The modern cabins have knotty pine walls, ceiling fans, and hot showers. Each cabin sleeps eight to twelve runners along with counselors.
In addition to the runs, a full schedule of activities is planned for the campers including break out sessions and video tape analysis. Joe Newton, who has coached York High School in Elmhurst, IL to 26 state championships, will be debuting as a Five-Star speaker as well as Kristi Rieger coach of Roosevelt HS, Yankton, SD, whose girls have placed at NIKE Team Nationals all four years. Boston Marathon runner-up Dick Beardsley will also be returning, an unforgettable speaker!
