University Of North Texas -
Denton,
TX

Located 36 miles north of Dallas/Fort Worth, the town of Denton, with its century old courthouse and small town appeal, has exciting attractions in close vicinity to a major metropolis.
The University of North Texas coaching staff offers a camp that will teach the fundamental skills of volleyball, emphasizing on-court awareness and team strategies, as well as mental and physical conditioning. Training facilities include nine air-conditioned courts in the men’s gym, physical education building and the new UNT Student Recreation Center.
All Skills instruction for girls of all ability levels, ages 10-18, covers all aspects of the game including passing, attacking, serving, blocking, setting and defense.
High School instruction is recommended for girls ages 14-18 entering grades 9-12. This intense, challenging program stresses position play, advanced team techniques and physical conditioning. Campers will be expected to participate in a thorough skill evaluation on the first day and will be divided into groups by ability level.
