A powerhouse in the college sports arena, the University of North Carolina has produced some of the country's finest competitors.  It provides an excellent training ground for serious players to develop their skills.  Catch the Tar Heels' winning spirit at this NIKE Volleyball Camp for High Performance players in charming Chapel Hill, 'The Southern Part of Heaven.'

The program in 2010 takes place in Carmichael Auditorium and the Eddie Smith Field House and is geared to girls entering grades 9-12 who are least 14 years of age.  The combination of exceptional coaching and outstanding facilities create an ideal environment for the serious player seeking to elevate her game.

About the Director: Joe Sagula enters his 19th year as the University of North Carolina head coach.  He has led the Tar Heels to 4 ACC Championships in the last six years and was the former President of the American Volleyball Coaches Association.  He has earned multiple AVCA/Tachikara East Region Coach of the Year awards (1998, 2001, 2002) and multiple Atlantic Coach Conference Coach of the Year awards (1998, 2002, 2005).

All registered campers will receive a complete registration packet after they enroll in camp.  This packet has specific details about your camp including confirmed check-in and check-out times, directions to campus, emergency phone numbers and a checklist of items to pack.  Packets are usually available around April 1st.
