Scott Tucker enters his seventh year at the helm of the Limestone Women's Lacrosse Team. He currently holds a Limestone record of 72-27(.727) and a career record of 93-39. (.705) Tucker is on track to earn his 100th career victory in 2008.
In his six years as the Limestone head coach, the Saints have produced four consecutive regular season Carolinas-Virginia Athletics Conference championships, one CVAC tournament championship (2006) and two NCAA tournament semifinal appearances (2004 and 2006). They have been ranked in the top ten each of his 6 seasons at Limestone while breaking numerous program records. Limestone was tabbed the most improved team in Division II in his second season at Limestone going from a 7-6 record in 2002 to a 12-3 record in 2003. That year Tucker was a nominated for National Coach of the year for those accomplishments.Tucker has earned CVAC Coach of the Year honors in 2004 and 2006 and was named Inside Lacrosse Division II National Coach of the Year in 2006.

Prior to Limestone, Tucker graduated from ATP flight academy in Atlanta, GA studying in the Professional Pilot Program before entering the head coaching ranks in the spring of 2000.  Tucker spent two years as the head coach at Oswego State University. At his Alma Mater Tucker compiled a 21-11 record and two conference championship appearances. Tucker still holds the record for most wins in a season with 12 as well as most consecutive wins at nine at Oswego State.

In his eight years as a head coach, Tucker has produced 11 different All-Americans, 16 different All-Region players, 17 different All-Conference players, as well as four Freshmen of the Year.

 

Tucker currently serves on the Regional Advisory Committee, All American Committee, and the North/ South Committee. He also serves as Director for the overnight NIKE Girls Lacrosse Camp at Eckerd College in Saint Petersburg, FL.
