For the 5th consecutive summer, USSC and the Ross Valley Lacrosse Club have joined forces to offer the Nike Lacrosse Camp at Redwood High School.
This is a complete skills day camp designed for youth lacrosse players ages 8-14, from Marin County and beyond.
Redwood High School boasts one of the best turf fields in Marin County. This type of field helps campers familiarize themselves with playing the game at a high speed, forcing greater anticipation and quicker mental reads, but with a feel that is more like grass.

Another feature that separates our camp from the rest is a daily lacrosse video session where campers are exposed to the highest level of play.
The camp is directed by David Grose and Christopher Dean.
As a Division I player at the University of North Carolina, Coach Grose helped lead his team to 3 ACC Championships and 2 Final Four appearances. His post-collegiate career has been as an attackman with the Marin Lacrosse Club, winning a total of 8 State Championships. David has coached all levels of lacrosse, from youth to the college level, and is currently the Head Coach of the RVLC Junior A Team.
Coach Dean is a former high school All-American from West Chester, PA. He went on to play at Villanova University. Over the past 15 years Christopher has been involved in coaching at the high school and youth levels in Pennsylvania, Texas and California as well as numerous camps. He has been involved with the Ross Valley Lacrosse Club for the past 7 years.
