NIKE ADVANCED PLAYER SCHOOLS
Nike Advanced Player Schools assist motivated high school and tournament-level juniors in their quest to each the next level.  The atmosphere is golf-intensive and the focus is placed squarely on improvement.  All aspects of golf, both mental and physical, are addressed.  Our collection of venues is superb and we have arguably the best group of school directors in junior golf today.  If you are committed to improving, we cordially invite you to get better at a Nike Advanced Player School this summer.

 

Located just minutes from the famous "Las Vegas Strip" in the beautiful master-planned community of Summerlin, TPC Las Vegas is the only PGA TOUR facility in Las Vegas open to the public. Voted "The Best Upscale Resort Course In Las Vegas" in 2005 by Vegas Golfer, for its combination of challenging golf and laid-back southwestern hospitality, the TPC Las Vegas provides the ultimate desert golf experience for players of all skill levels.

School participants are housed at the JW Marriott of Las Vegas. Nestled into the rolling hillsides of Northwest Las Vegas, the Mediterranean-themed JW Marriott Las Vegas combines lush gardens, pools with waterfalls and hiking and biking trails in a scenic spa and golf resort located 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip.

TOUR Academy Instructional Staff

All our instructors are certified to the exacting standards of the TOUR Academy. Certification requires a commitment to a personable, straight-forward teaching style of applying fundamentals and a positive mental approach to the game. They share a philosophy that golf does not have to be complicated. More importantly, it should be a whole lot of fun. Our staff will:

 

Help you develop more confidence, hit more fairways and greens, shorten approach shots, eliminate three putts, establish positive mental approaches, eliminate fear of difficult shots and lower your handicap.

 

Train you to understand the importance of ball flight laws so you can recognize your own swing flaws as they occur and make accurate corrections

 

Create an individual practice routine with continuous repetition of simple fundamentals.

 

Develop a pre-shot routine that establishes the foundation for consistent and accurate execution.

 

Enhance your short game feel. Master pitching, chipping, sand shots and putting which represent the scoring zone. Get up and down to save those pars.
