Known all over the world for its exceptional beauty, Santa Barbara boasts stunning scenery and glistening, palm-lined beaches. UCSB, with low humidity and mild, sunny weather, sits at the ocean’s edge and looks out on the Pacific Ocean.

UCSB offers an amazing tennis environment with state-of-the-art athletic facilities and 14 tennis courts. Off-court activities include beach barbeque, movies and bowling.

The camp at UCSB is directed by UCSB head tennis coaches, Marty Davis and Pete Kirkwood. Coach Davis is an exceptionally energetic, former touring professional with a world ranking as high as 47. He was also a three-time NCAA All-American as a collegiate player and is a founding member of the board of directors for the ATP. Recently Coach Davis was honored with an induction into the Univeristy of California Athletic Hall of Fame

Coach Kirkwood just finished his 14th year as head women's coach for UCSB. He has coached three All-Americans in his career as well as leading the 2003 Big West Player of the Year to a 24-0 record. Coach Kirkwood was named 'Big West Coach of the Year' in 1995.

Coaches, Davis and Kirkwood carefully select and train their staff, which consists of teaching professionals and college players who are friendly and enthusiastic. The well-being of each camper is the primary concern of the directors and staff. The staff lives on site with campers, participating in all evening activities.

   9:00-10:00 pm: Quiet time

          8:15-8:30am: Day and Extended Day Campers Arrive
          8:30-9:00 am: Stretching , Warm-up, Daily Preview
          9:00-11:15 am: Instruction, Drills and Video Analysis
          11:30-1:30 pm: Lunch Break, Swimming and Activities
          1:30-4:30 pm: Instruction, Drills and Video Analysis
          4:30-4:45 pm: Day Camper Pick-Up
          4:30-5:30 pm: Clean up
          5:30-6:00 pm: Dinner
          6:00-9:00 pm: Evening Activity (Bowling, Movie Night
