Granlibakken Resort is the perfect training ground for tennis players who want to combine skill development with the variety of a mountain vacation. A camper favorite, this camp is celebrating its 28th year in 2008.

Granlibakken, located in Tahoe City, on the north shore of beautiful Lake Tahoe, is less than four hours from the San Francisco Bay Area. The resort features excellent tennis courts, a swimming pool and spa, running and hiking trails, comfortable rooms and first-rate dining facilities.

Off-court fun includes river rafting on the Truckee River, ropes course, miniature golf, casino night and a camp dance.

The directors of the camp are Ralph Rabago and Tony Greco. Ralph is celebrating his 26^th year as a US Sports/Nike Tennis Camp Director. He will direct the camp sessions June 22-July 25. Tony Greco, long time director at the Lake Tahoe Nike Tennis Camp and one of the top high school coaches in California, returns to Tahoe to direct the final two weeks - one week of the general junior camp and one high school session.

Typical Daily Schedule:
8:00 a.m. Rise and shine
8:30 a.m. Breakfast

9:15 a.m. Stretching
9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Tennis/Drills

12:30 p.m. Lunch
1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Tennis/Drills (on Tuesday and Wednesday, half the campers go River Rafting and vice versa on the other day)

4:00 - 5:00 p.m. Break/Swimming/Free Tennis
5:00 p.m. Dinner
6:00 p.m. Tennis or Evening Activity
9:30 p.m. Rooms
10:00 p.m. Lights out!

Check-in FOR ALL CAMPERS is between 2:00- 4:00 p.m. the first day of camp (Sunday) at the Ski Hut. Camp ends with a graduation ceremony that parents are encouraged to attend at 3:00 p.m. on the last day of camp. Check-out at 4 p.m.
