Gothic in style and dominated by the soaring 210–foot tower of Duke Chapel, the beautiful campus of Duke University boasts outstanding tennis facilities. The campus facilities include twelve outdoor courts and six indoor courts. Campers will stay in the fine dorms located in one of the quads on west campus, walking distance from the courts and the dining facilities.

In his 11th year as Head Coach of the Duke women’s tennis team, Camp Director Jamie Ashworth is one of the winningest coaches in the nation. The 2006-07 season will be Ashworth’s 11th at Duke as head coach, as well as his third year on the ITA Board of Directors and fourth year on the Division I Women's Tennis Operating Committee. Over the last 10 years, Ashworth has led Duke to a 229-49 (.824) overall and 76-8 (.905) ACC mark, while advancing to the NCAA Final Four five times and notching ACC Tournament Championships on six occasions. Kelly McCain-Parker, a former Duke All-American and professional player, will co-direct with Jamie. While on the WTA Tour, Kelly played in tournaments across the globe, including the all four majors. McCain owns a career-high ranking of 117 in the world and has captured four professional titles on the ITF Tour - three in singles and one in doubles

New to the Nike Tennis Camps family. this camp is offering one week of high school camp designed for high school players looking to move up the ladder or make their high school team. Come individually or come with your teammates . . . this is a great opportunity to improve your technique and match play skills while having fun with kids your own age.
