Cancellations
If you have to cancel, for any reason, we will issue you a camp credit for all camp fees paid, valid through the following camp summer. Your camp credit is transferable to any family member or friend and may be used for any US Sports Camp. Cash refunds will be given only with the purchase of Refund Protection (see below).

Campers who leave camp during their session, will receive a pro-rated camp credit, valid through the following summer. Campers who do not check-in or attend their registered camp session will receive a camp credit for all camp fees paid, valid through the following summer (does not include NBC camps).

In the unlikely event US Sports Camps cancels your camp session, we will refund only your camp registration fees.  Camper waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of any camp cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said registration fees.

Refund Protection - "Our Peace of Mind Policy"
Please note: After May 15th, Refund Protection is no longer an option. After May 15th, if you chose to purchase Refund Protection, you will be issued a camp credit based on the same terms listed in the paragraph above.

 

US Sports Camps offers our camp families Refund Protection for $25 per session, due at the time of registration. Refund Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees (deposit or full payment) if you cancel for any reason before May 15th of the camp year. Please note: $25 Refund Protection and $15 Registration fee are non-refundable.

With Refund Protection, if you cancel after May 15th of the camp year, we will issue you a camp credit for all camp fees paid, valid through the following summer. Your camp credit is transferable to any family member or friend and may be used for any US Sports Camp.

Most of you have probably already authorized us to automatically charge your balance with your credit card on the due date.  If not, please contact us with a credit card or send a check to US Sports Camps.

Go to the US Sports Camps home page and click Registration Packet on the right side of the page.  Follow directions from there.  Most registration packets are available by the first week in May.

Go to "Select your Sport" button on the left side of the home page and pick a sport.  From there you'll see the "Get a Brochure" button to click.  Follow directions from there.
