The NBC Difference
Unlike other camp programs where skills training falls under the expertise of the camp director, NBC Camps has built a program of training to help each camper walk out of camp a better player and person. Our site directors work as event managers helping to run a great week of camp and facilitating the implementation of our specific camp expectations.   Our basketball instruction is based on skill curriculum and talent development we believe are essential to take your game to the next level.   Though coaching styles and drills may change, our master teachers receive DVDs, lesson plans, and detailed training on how to maximize this week of camp.  Coaching at camp is much different than coaching a team.  With over 40 years experience, our goal is to give you the best basketball and life skills instruction possible.

TEACH BASKETBALL AND LIFE SKILLS AT A “WORLD CLASS” LEVEL
Coach the game at a world-class level.  FAB 4
• Protect the ball

Teach by living valuable skills for life.   LIFE 4

TEC Method
The ability to know, understand and apply is the heart of NBC’s Teach, Encourage, Correct method.  True teaching takes place when the student knows how to reproduce the skill and self-correct the skill when it is wrong.

Great experience!

My son has never worked so hard at a camp, and I thought for sure he would not want to repeat it, but on the contrary he would have lived there. The coaching staff was a perfect blend of intense, kind, strong, dedicated, and tough. He thoroughly enjoyed his experience and we will definitely be back next year!!

Couldn't be happier

Our daughter really came out of her shell, and brought home a little more appreciation for her parents. She will definitely be attending again. Not only did she pick up some skills and energy in basketball she also took an insight to her faith and others around her as well as her confidence on and off the court. She hasn’t stopped talking about the camp and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you-Parent of camper

Best experiences

Hello, I am a camper that went to NBC Camps for the first time in Anchorage, Alaska and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had as a basketball player. The coaches there taught me some major and minor things about how to play basketball that has changed the way I play. Thank you

Worth sending any child

My daughter came out of camp with such a drive and attitude change that I will gladly send her back until the camp won’t take her any longer. She is also pushing herself to practice. Definitely worth sending any child needing to improve not only in basketball but life in general. Thank you NBC Camps. God Bless and keep you going for years to come. Naomi-One satisfied parent

Teaching basketball and life skills

NBC Camps is excellent for beginners or excelled basketball players. Great for teaching basketball skills as well as life skills. I have definitely seen a difference in my child's confidence and willingness to do great in everything she does. I would highly recommend NBC Basketball Camp to anyone.

Totally worth it!

Our son has attended for 4 straight years. The excellent instruction, passionate coaches, individual attention, and Christian approach have been consistent each year. It is worth it to make the drive to Anchorage

Great opportunity

I think that NBC Camps is a great opportunity that kids can have. It's hard to find a good Christian camp these days. Adding a sport to it doubles the greatness! At the camp, you get good skills to take home with you. You also see that you can push yourself past your limit.

Very good coaches

The coaches are very good. They push you to your limits but not too far. They fed us well. They focused on dribbling the basketball, shooting technique, and the go series(attack moves).

More confident and responsible

NBC Camp has been great for my son. He has grown not only as a basketball player but as a young man as well. He has come back from camp a more confident and responsible person each summer.

Highly recommend

Wonderful camp! Highly recommend for all players! NBC has great staff, kids learn a lot and greatly improve their game. Christian based camp that helps build character! We've enjoyed the experience so much we're sending him to another NBC camp next week!!

Parent

Improved self-confidence

When my son enrolled in the NBC Camp, he had some basketball skills but he thought he was the worst player on his team. At the camp, they worked with him on his self confidence and with his work ethic. We were all happy with how much he could learn and improve if he just put his mind to it. This was as much a lesson in life as it was a lesson in basketball.
