NBC Camps coaches are known for their hard work, great attitude, and commitment to helping you reach your potential on and off the court.  Our curriculum focuses on helping you master even the most difficult skills as well as developing leadership, mental toughness, and confidence.

The NBC Difference
Unlike other camp programs where skills training falls under the expertise of the camp director, NBC Camps has built a program of training to help each camper walk out of camp a better player and person.  Our site directors work as event managers helping to run a great week of camp and facilitating the implementation of our specific camp expectations.   Our basketball instruction is based on skill curriculum and talent development we believe are essential to take your game to the next level.   Though coaching styles and drills may change, our master teachers receive DVDs, lesson plans, and detailed training on how to maximize this week of camp.  Coaching at camp is much different than coaching a team.  With over 40 years experience, our goal is to give you the best basketball and life skills instruction possible.

Coach the game at a world class level.  FAB 4
• Protect the ball
• Play with quickness and intensity
• Play Smart
• Finish the play
Teach by living valuable skills for life.   LIFE 4
• Guard your heart
• Live with love & intensity
• Be smart by seeking out wisdom
• Finish strong, never give up

TEC Method
The ability to know, understand and apply is the heart of NBC’s Teach, Encourage, Correct method.  True teaching takes place when the student knows how to reproduce the skill and self-correct the skill when it is wrong.

You should come

I think NBC basketball camp is excellent because the players are taught both basketball skills and the importance of being a good person.

Great experience

I like the way that the coaches push us to get better at basketball. I also love the way the camp helps and inspires us to be better people and teammates. NBC is a great experience and completely improves my game and confidence in my game every year I go.

Great camp

I like that NBC Camps builds lifelong relationships. Most of my really good friends were fellow campers and coaches at NBC camp. I'm closer to them than to some of my friends from my town

Best camp ever

My coach was great. I had lots of fun while learning. I have met a lot of new friends from all over. This was my third year there and my sister went for five years. The camp gets better and better every year. E-funk(Eric) makes the camp fun!

Changed my life

This camp changed my life. Changed the way I looked at basketball and the way I look at life. I am so happy that I came to this camp. My counselor opened my eyes to look at life in a whole new way. Especially when we went into the auditorium to talk about God it opened my eyes. Thank you so much for letting me come to this amazing camp.

Best camp

My boys completed Michael Jordan Camp at UCSB last summer. The camp was more expensive and had Michael Jordan there every night. Would be pretty high up on a 10 and 11 year old's list. When asked which camp they liked better it was NBC Camp! When asked which camp was harder it was NBC. When asked which camp they learned more it was NBC camp. NBC taught them character building of an athlete and how important a positve attitude is and how to respect others. I am so impressed with this camp. I felt very safe with my kids at NBC Camp. Thank You for this experience for my boys.

Best camp ever

NBC Camp is the best camp I have ever went too. They teach you how to be a better person on and off the court. I high ly reccomend it to anyone who loves basketball and loves to work hard.

This was my son "Von" second year and he plans on returning each year and hopefully becoming a coach for NBC as well. Each year Von learns more playing strategies and how to become a better team player. He is nothing but excited everytime July comes around. We are very grateful for this camp!! Thank you very much NBC!!!!

NBC teaches TEAM

I think NBC is great if you want to learn basketball skills. The intensity level is great but most importantly they teach you how to be a team. You can push through anything with the help of others.

Best decision

Your probably a parent checking out this camp and perhaps wondering if it’s the right camp or your child. Stop, Register and send your child to this camp. It’s the best decision I have ever made as a parent. Don't wait!

This camp is great because you not only improve as a basketball player but you also improve as a person

  • 5/5.
Become a better person

You really should attend this camp, I went to it and thought it was great! They teach you to throw yourself into the game and that you do not have a team, but a family and that you need to look out for them. They teach great drills that you can use after you leave camp. And you have a clean slate at camp. you can be yourself! Not only do they teach basketball, but also about life, and how you may become a better person.

For serious players

This camp is great! You work hard and it challenges even the skills you think you already have. I would recommend it to serious basketball players.

Impressed each time

I am sooo impressed each time my daughter returns from NBC b ball camp. Her skill level increases of course but it’s the thought provoking discussions that I am the MOST impressed with. My daughter always comes home a more mature young lady.
