In summer 2024, head to Georgia's popular overnight camp located northwest of Atlanta! Train with Head Men's Basketball Coach, Matt Richter, and staff at this boys-only camp including on and off-court training and discussions to help campers become better players, teammates and individuals.
The Complete Skills Camp helps players of all abilities develop athletically, refine their basketball knowledge and enhance their skill set at the post, wing or guard position.

Head Coach Matthew Richter
Matthew Richter was hired as the Head Men's Basketball Coach in April 2024. Richter has Served as the assistant men's basketball coach for Berry since June of 2022 after rejoining the staff following his stint at Wabash College, where the Little Giants reached the DIII Final Four.

Campers Check-in: First day between 12pm-1:30pm at Cage Center
Closing Ceremony: Last day at 11:30am
Dorm Information
Housing & Roommates
Campers will reside in the Deerfield Dormitory on campus and stay two per room and are assigned by age or request. If you have a roommate request, and have not already given it to us, please do so as soon as possible. Roommate requests are not guaranteed, if you don't have a roommate request, you will be placed in a room with someone near your age. It will be a great opportunity to meet someone new!

Air-conditioning: Yes
Pool: Yes. There will be optional swimming time.
Room Key Deposit: No, only due if key is lost
Suggested Spending Money: $40
Supervision
The staff live in the dormitories with the campers and participate in evening activities (such as movies, games and pizza parties). Drugs, alcohol and tobacco are strictly prohibited, and constitute, along with general misconduct, grounds for dismissal from camp without a refund.

CAMPER EVALUATION
Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.
MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided by the camp to or from any airports. If you are flying to or from camp, we recommend using an airport shuttle service. Please schedule flights as close as you can to the check-in times on the first day and check-out times on the last day.

Berry College is located near Rome in Northwest Georgia, only 65 miles northwest of Atlanta and 65 miles south of Chattanooga. Berry College, one of the world's largest campuses at 28,000-acres, offers a beautiful environment for learning. Overnight campers reside in the dormitories where staff act as resident advisors and supervise campers overnight. In addition to basketball instruction, campers will take part in nighttime activities like movie night and pizza night.

June 15, 2023: This was the second year our son attended. The camp being at Berry is the thing I love. I’m an alum so I love that my gets to experience the campus. My son has loved his coaches (especially this year). He learns so much about the game and is always excited to put what he learns into practice. The Berry team also perfectly balances the teaching of practical skills of basketball with the important life lessons that come with learning to be a good teammate, working hard, and succeeding and failing together. We just love this camp so much!
