Nike Basketball Camp RIM Sports Complex
Nike Basketball Camp RIM Sports Complex

For their second year, A Step Ahead (ASA) will be running a co-ed Nike Basketball Camp this July at the RIM Sports Complex in Hampton, New Hampshire. This day camp is perfect for any kid looking to learn or improve their basketball skills this summer.

A Step Ahead (ASA) Basketball camps are designed for the player looking to improve his or her game. Our camp schedule is a healthy balance of learning and enjoyment while always maintaining a competitive environment.  Coaches will push and motivate campers throughout the week to improve their skills and basketball IQ. While we do recognize the value of scrimmaging as well as free time, we also pride ourselves in teaching the game of basketball.   Drill stations, full court drills, offensive/defensive technique, and positional moves are all important points of emphasis with the ASA staff. Campers are expected to work hard and be receptive to coaching.  For those looking to stay “A Step Ahead” on the basketball court this is the perfect camp for you.

Highlights Include

  • Superior instruction
  • Low camper to instructor ratio
  • Daily emphasis on fundamental development, team play, and more

Scholarships

We cannot offer scholarships due to NCAA regulations. Our affiliation with NCAA coaches and schools puts us in a position where any scholarship money can be seen as an inducement to a future collegiate athlete. This puts our coaches and our host universities in jeopardy of damaging their status with the NCAA and incurring penalties at the hands of their organizing body.

Group Discounts

If five or more campers register together, as a group by mail or fax, each camper will receive a $20 discount. If 10 or more campers register together, as a group by mail or fax, each camper will receive a $40 discount. Click "Get Brochure" above and print the application. All applications must be received at the same time via mail or fax. If all members of your group pay with a Visa or MasterCard, feel free to fax your applications to 415-479-6061 to expedite processing. I had so much fun at camp that I definitely want to come back next year. I went not knowing anyone and made a lot of friends. My favorite part of camp was the 3 on 3 games we played because it was fast-paced and fun.

It was a camp I learned a lot from and helped me become a better player. Now I am sure that I am prepared to make the basketball team.

The thing I enjoyed most was how long the camp was since I had more time to practice and learn as a person to become a good basketball player. The best experience was when I got two awards from the camp!
