Nike Basketball Camps Greater Atlanta Christian School Norcross, Georgia
US Sports Camps is excited to once again welcome Lee Miller, Director of Elite Hoops Basketball, as director of our Nike Boys Basketball camp and Michelle Manfredi director of our Nike Girls Basketball Camp at Greater Atlanta Christian School in Norcross, GA. An annual camper favorite location, we are thrilled to offer two sessions for boys and one session for girls this summer! The boys camps will run from June 3 - 7 and July 29 - Aug 2, and the girls camp from June 10 - 14, 2013.
In his 10th year as Director of Elite Hoops Basketball, Lee Miller lends his expertise and enthusiasm for basketball to our Nike Basketball camp at Greater Atlanta Christian School. Whatever skill level you may be, under the oustanding guidance of Coach Miller and his staff, this camp provides an incredible opportunity to further develop your skills, practice the fundamentals, hone your technique, compete with other players of the same ability, and improve your game, all while having fun!
The Complete Skills camp offers a challenging daily format of fundamental instruction, clinics, drills, and team games. Players will have the opportunity to develop and refine their fundamental basketball skills. Emphasis is placed on fundamental development, shooting, offensive moves, defense, rebounding, and team play.
This camp will focus on individual skill improvement with our morning skill development stations and afternoon Cut Throat 3 on 3 league. Each camper will also play in one 5 on 5 game and participate in our Living by Numbers contests each day. This camp is a perfect way to prepare players for their school, church, recreation, or AAU season. All of our camps maintain a player to coach ratio of 8:1 and are staffed by high school and collegiate coaches as well as collegiate players chosen by Lee Miller.
Co-directing the camp will be Head Boys Coach at Greater Atlanta, Eddie Martin.

Meet your coaching staffLee Miller
Lee Miller has been directing Elite Hoops since 2003 and has partnered with US Sports and Nike Sports Camps since 2005. Coach Miller as been a part of two nationally ranked and state championship high school programs while coaching at South Gwinnett and Norcross. He has also coached on the collegiate level at the University of Georgia and Georgia State University.

Since 2004, Coach Miller has directed over 40 Elite Hoops camps and trained over 300 players.
Michelle Manfredi
Michelle Manfredi joined Elite Hoops in April 2012. Manfredi previously was the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, GA. Besides recruiting, Manfredi was in charge of team and player development, along with developing and implementing all strength and conditioning workouts for the team.
Read Full BioManfredi spent the 2010-2011 season at Niagara University in New York as the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach and Director of Basketball Operations. Prior to Niagara, Manfredi started her coaching career as the Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach at Western New Mexico University in 2009-2010. In New Mexico, Manfredi was in charge of recruiting, film breakdown, and guard development. In her first year coaching, she signed the top freshman recruit in the state of New Mexico, Jaleesa Russell.
After graduating college, Manfredi continued her playing career professionally overseas. Manfredi spent one season playing for the QTSV Basketball Club in Germany in 2008-2009. During her professional career, Manfredi was named team captain and played the most minutes in the league that season. She finished her professional career averaging 12 points and 10 rebounds a game. She helped the team to achieve their best record in the history of the club.
Manfredi played collegiate basketball at Niagara University from 2004-2008. Manfredi was a four-year starter and 3 year captain. She finished her collegiate career tallying over 700 points and 700 rebounds and finished 2nd in school history in the rebounding rankings and 1st in school history in games played.
Manfredi played 3 years of high school basketball at Serra Catholic High School in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. In her 3 years she helped the team to a 72-5 record and also led the team to win one WPIAL Championship while making it to the finals the other 2 years. She was named 3rd team All-State as a junior and 1st team All-State as a senior. Manfredi was also named the Daily News Player of the Year back-to-back years in 2003 and 2004. Manfredi holds the school record of points scored in a game with 42. She finished her high school career scoring 1,350 points.
Assistant Coach
Eddie Martin
Eddie Martin enters his 3rd year as the Spartans Head Coach and has been a head coach for 28 years. In his first year at GAC, Martin led the squad to a school best 28-4 record and an appearance in the Final Four. Prior to GAC, Martin was the head coach at Norcross High School for six years. During his time there, he compiled an impressive 170-18 record and won three consecutive state championships. Before arriving at Norcross, Martin was the head coach at Brookwood High School, where he amassed 350 wins over a 20 year period as head coach.

Complete Skills: This program is intended to help players develop athletically. The individual camp is a great opportunity for young basketball players looking to develop and refine their fundamental basketball skills. This program also includes a curriculum for intermediate/ advanced players looking to enhance their skill set at the post, wing, or guard position. Emphasis is placed on fundamental development, shooting, offensive moves, defense, rebounding, team play, and more.
Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.
