The Nike Indoor Field Hockey League was created for players to improve their skills simply by playing games. Games will officiated by a MIAA certified referee.

The league meets every Saturday. Players may sign up individually or with a team. Friends and teammates will be placed on the same team whenever possible. All games will be 60 minutes long. This is a non-instructional league officiated by an MIAA certified referee.

League I: December 1 - January 5, Middle School (8am-10am) & High School (10am-12pm)
League II: January 12 - February 9, Middle School (8am-10am) & High School (10am-12pm)
League III: March 2 - March 30, Middle School (8am-9am) & High School (9am-12pm)

League I will have a bye week December 29.

Camp Director

Ritika Bowry

Ritika Bowry, formerly coached at Duke University, Boston University and Babson College. Bowry was founder and co-director of the outstanding Blue Dog Sports Field Hockey Camps. While playing for Duke University, Coach Bowry was named Regioanl All-American goalkeeper from ‘88-’91, served as ‘91 team captain, and played as the USFHA “A” Camp goalkeeper in the National Team Trials ‘90-’91.

Each League offers two divisions.

Division I- open to high school players, grades 9-12. Games will take place between 9am-12pm, varrying each week.

Division II- open to middle school players, grades 6-8. Games will take place between 8am-9am, varrying each week.

Participants will receive a detailed schedule one week prior to the start of the league with exact game times.

Teams consist of 12-15 players. Athletes can register individually or with a team. Individual sign ups are encouraged! Participants receive an STX reversible jersey. No athletic trainer on site.

I loved the league! All the girls on the team I was placed with were so nice and made me feel comfortable. It was nice that the games had official refs. I hope to get my whole team to go next time!
