Lexington Nike Field Hockey Camp Lexington, Massachusetts
Join us in Lexington for a week of fun and informative field hockey instruction and games.
This day camp is for players entering grades five through twelve.
Campers are grouped by age, experience and skill level, giving each athlete the opportunity to improve their field hockey play in a fun and challenging environment.
Camp is designed for players to improve their technique, develop a better understanding of the game, increase self-confidence, and make new friends.
Instructional highlights include offensive and defensive skills, game situations and small game strategies.
Campers are trained individually in all of the major fundamental areas of the game: hitting, 1v1 elimination skills, passing, scoring and defensive skills.
Camp is open to individuals and teams.
- Minimum of five hours of instruction daily
- Instruction from prominent college and high school coaches as well as former or current collegiate athletes
- Partner Camp and sanctioned to make referrals to the US Field Hockey Futures program
- 10:1 Camper to Staff ratio
- Special goalkeeping instruction is a camp specialty!

Ritika Bowry, formerly coached at Duke University, Boston University and Babson College. Bowry was founder and co-director of the outstanding Blue Dog Sports Field Hockey Camps. While playing for Duke University, Coach Bowry was named Regional All-American goalkeeper from ‘88-’91, served as ‘91 team captain, and played as the USFHA “A” Camp goalkeeper in the National Team Trials ‘90-’91.
2014 CAMP INFORMATION
The NIKE Field Hockey camp in Lexington provides campers with top quality instruction plus:
Camp runs from 9am-3pm daily. Lunch is not provided. Campers are asked to bring a sack lunch with them each day.
Check-in: between 8:30-9:00am on Monday, July 28th
Check-out: Graduation is at 2:30pm on Thursday, July 31st
*Friday, August 1st will be used for a "rain date" in case we have to cancel an entire day of play
Players Grouped by: Skill, age, years of experience
Evaluation: Written by coaching staff
Equipment Needed: Hockey stick, water bottle, mouth guard, shin guards, turf shoes and goalies must bring full goalie protective equipment
Facility: Campers train at Lincoln Park’s new athletic complex on three turf fields

Team Discount: If eight or more campers register together, as a group by mail or fax, each camper will receive a $30 discount. Click “Get Brochure” above and print the application.
