Loved it!

We traveled and stayed in the area just for this camp, which catered to young players as well as experienced players. It was so good to find instruction for those younger girls!

Great week

The Gwynedd Mercy University coaching staff was attentive, upbeat and made the camp fun for the girls. My daughter came home every day saying she learned something and had a great time doing it! Thank you very much to the Gwynedd coaches and players for a great week!

Gwynedd Mercy did an outstanding job of instructing and encouraging campers while promoting the love of the game.  I cannot say one even slightly negative thing about the way the camp was run.

Great first camp

My daughter, age 11, participated in the Nike Field Hockey Sports Camp at Gwynedd-Mercy University in June 2014. As a first time attendee to any sports camp, she was very apprehensive the first morning. The staff was extremely sensitive to her needs when she complained of a headache within the first half-hour of camp, the coach had her sit on the side and called me. I spoke to my daughter and the coach, mutually agreeing that she would stay until lunch and then see how she felt. When I picked her up at the end of the day, she was smiling, and the head coach gave me the "thumbs up" for a good day. By the end of the second day, my daughter said she had learned more in the two days of camp then she had playing all season at her school. It was a great experience, and I would highly recommend the camp to others! She will be back next summer.
