One of only three universities in California that is NCAA-sanctioned for lacrosse, Dominican is traveling coast to coast to play top notch programs. Webster comes from a family of successful lacrosse players: His father Mickey was a Hall of Fame attackman and National Champion at Johns Hopkins. His uncle Dick was All-American midfielder at Johns Hopkins. His brother Jim played attack at University of Virginia and his other brother John was an All-American attackman and National Champion at the University of North Carolina. His cousin Mike was a National Champion and long stick midfielder at Johns Hopkins. His cousin Dave is head coach at Dickinson College in Pennsylvania.

Webster was a star lacrosse player at Boys’ Latin School in Baltimore, Md. and turned to coaching after his senior year at Notre Dame due to career-ending knee injuries playing attack for the Fighting Irish.

After earning his BA in Communications from Notre Dame in 1999, Webster embarked on an eight-year coaching career that included stints as an assistant coach with the Wanneroo Lacrosse Club in Perth, Australia and with the San Francisco Dragons in Major League Lacrosse.  He was married to his wife Megan, a Dominican graduate, in June of 2011.

Note From the Director:

After working the U.S. Lacrosse Camp circuit for the past 19 years, often times the typical camp is overcrowded and the directors are too busy putting out fires to provide hands on coaching.  As a result, the players stand around a lot, their growth is sacrificed and the experience is less fruitful. At the Dominican Lacrosse Camp, the director is the coach, and the main reason we coach is because we love working with young people and we love to see large improvements in short periods of time.

We are dedicated to maximizing each player's attention to the tiniest details that are the difference between winning and losing, while helping them become more efficient with their stickwork, footwork, positioning and field sense.  "The Fastest Game on Two Feet" will also soon become the "Quickest" with Dominican Lacrosse Camps!

Improve your skills!

This camp was physically challanging and improved the boys' lacrosse game, but also encouraged these boys to be better students and people. They took away new and improved skills and a desire to be the "best they could be".

Wonderful instruction!

Wonderful instructors, with years of experience. Provides both skills and training, as well as perspective on the game and players that are looking for both the short and long run of enjoying and competing in lacrosse.
