Nike Boys Lacrosse Camp at the University of Illinois Champaign, Illinois
Situated about 140 miles south of Chicago, 125 miles west of Indianapolis and 180 miles northeast of St. Louis the University of Illinois is in the twin cities of Champaign and Urbana in east-central Illinois.
At the Nike Lacrosse Camp at the University of Illinois, our goal is to stimulate a love for the game by immersing you in the sport and giving you the kind of focused, intensive training essential to improvement. Over the course of camp, your enthusiasm and self-confidence will grow along with your skills.

Instruction takes place each day at the Florida and Lincoln Fields. Overnight campers will reside in the Lincoln Avenue Residence Halls located across the street from the fields, with all meals being provided in the campus dining hall.

Phil Dodson
Phil Dodson enters his third season as the Head Men's Lacrosse Coach at the University of Illinois.
Read Full BioSince taking over the program in 2010, Coach Dodson has an overall record at Illinois of 24-9, (17-3 in Conference) and the Fighting Illini were Conference Champions in 2010.
From Wilmette, IL Coach Dodson was a three year varsity starter for the University of Illinois as well as a three time team captain (2007, 2008, 2009). He twice won Team Defensive MVP Honors (2007 and 2009) and was a two time MCLA All-American (2008 and 2009). He was an Academic All-American (2009) as well.

Team Discount: If five or more campers register together, as a group by mail or fax, each camper will receive a $25 discount. Click “Get Brochure” above and print the application. All applications must be received at the same time via mail or fax. If all members of your group pay with a Visa or MasterCard, feel free to fax your applications to 415-479-6061 to expedite processing. Late or individual registrations are not eligible to receive the group discount.

Goalie Discount: To ensure each session has enough goalies for drills and scrimmages, all goalies automatically qualify for a special $50 discount. You can call 1-800-645-3226 to receive the goalie discount over the phone or you can indicate that you are eligible for the goalie discount in the “comments” field when registering via our secure website. Goalie discount cannot be combined with any other discount.
A detailed camper registration packet containing check-in location, health/release forms, emergency contact info, and a list of things to bring will be emailed to all registered campers prior to camp. Our health and release forms do not require a doctor's signature and they will be collected on the first day of camp.
Check-in takes place between 1:00-2:00pm on Sunday. There will be a camp orientation meeting at 2:00pm and parents are welcome to join their campers for this meeting. A detailed schedule for the week will be provided at that time.
Check-out takes place between 11:00am-12:00pm on Wednesday. Exact time and location of the camp closing ceremony will be confirmed by the camp director on the first day of camp.

- 9:30 am Line Drills and Stations
- 10:30 am Position Work
- Noon Lunch and rest
- 1:30 pm 1v1, 2v2, and fastbreaks
- 3:00 pm Drill stations and scrimmaging
- 5:00 pm Dinner and supervised free time
- 6:30 pm Back to field for games
- 9:00 pm Extended Day Campers depart
- 10:00 pm Overnight Campers to rooms; Lights out!
