Nike Girls Lacrosse Camp Wheeler School Providence, Rhode Island
USSC welcomes the addition of the Nike Girls Lacrosse Camp at The Wheeler School. Directed by Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach, Stephanie Bissett, our goal is to stimulate a love for the game by immersing you in the sport and giving you the kind of focused, intensive training essential for improvement.
Founded in 1889, The Wheeler School is an independent day school for girls and boys from Nursery through Grade Twelve in Providence, Rhode Island. All camp activities will be held at Wheeler Farms. The 120-acre Wheeler Farm in Seekonk, MA, is home to athletic fields, the Van Norman Field House, the Sixth Grade Farm Program, a summer camp, ropes course and more.

The Wheeler Farm Facilities
The Wheeler Farm consists of Eight outdoor athletic fields and The Van Norman Field House and is located at 357 Walker St., Seekonk, MA 02711. There are four soccer fields, two lacrosse fields, a softball field and a baseball. The fieldhouse also contains locker rooms and training room facilities for both field sports and contests held inside the fieldhouse.
Meet your coaching staff
Coach Bissett is entering her second season as the Varsity Lacrosse Coach at The Wheeler School in Providence, Rhode Island. In her first season as Head Coach of the lacrosse team, her team compiled a 12-3 overall record and won the SENE Championship for the program’s 5th consecutive season. A 2008 graduate of Syracuse University, Bissett was an All-Conference and All-Northeast Region lacrosse player and helped lead her team to two consecutive Big East Championships (2007-2008) and three NCAA Tournament s, including a trip to the Sweet 16 in 2007 and the Final Four in 2008. Coach Bissett is also entering her first season as the Wheeler Varsity Basketball coach.
• Program runs 9:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday
Check-in takes place at the lacrosse field at 8:30am Monday, July 28th. Camp begins at 9:00am. Health/Release Froms must be completed and brought you to camp.
Camp ends at 3:00pm each day. There will be a closing ceremony at 2:30pm on Friday, August 1st.
