Mark Prey will be the lead Goalie Instructor at the Oregon State camps this summer. Coach Prey, an up and comer in the lacrosse ranks, is in his second season as the head men's lacrosse coach at Fontbonne University for the 2014-2015 school year.

Prey was a former assistant coach at Fontbonne University. He helped all aspects of play as a general assistant and had sole responsibility of goalkeeper development, coaching goalie Chad Meurer to All-Conference recognition.

Prey began his coaching career while just a freshman in high school with the St. Louis Kings Youth Lacrosse Association.  In his time with the Kings, Prey taught the foundation to hundreds of St. Louis lacrosse players, many of whom eventually went on to play collegiately at all levels including NCAA Division I schools.  Numerous players Prey coached with the Kings are also currently coaching in their respective communities.

After playing, Prey went on to coach at Webster Groves High School in Webster Groves, MO for both the Varsity and JV levels. While at Webster, Prey helped lead the program to the highest division of competition for Missouri lacrosse.  His success was recognized during the 2011-12 season when he was voted Missouri Assistant Coach of the Year.  Here, he also coached multiple players to All-Conference and All-State recognition every year and also has dozens of former players competing collegiately and beginning coaching careers of their own.

Prey looks forward to continuing his success at the college level and wishes to give back what lacrosse has given him, an appreciation for hard work, dedication, and living with passion towards both the game and life.

A Superior Experience!

Thanks so much for the superior experience you all provided at the recent Xcelerate Lacrosse camp. This was truly well done from check in to check out and our son had a ball. Of particular note was the excellent coaching staff!

Blew Away our Expectations!

Each session we saw care, professionalism, passion and skill being passed on to the participants...it was really inspiring for the kids and us as well. In particular, your emphasis on teaching individualized skills on a daily basis, positive reward as a teaching philosophy and helping them understand the power of being a team player were especially evident. You deserve to be successful and we look forward to participating in future camps. Thanks
