OUR 11TH YEAR IN OREGON! Oregon State University is located in the beautiful, green Willamette Valley between Portland and Eugene.
Featuring one of the newest athletic facilities on the west coast, this 577-acre campus boasts pristine outdoor recreation. The housing accommodations provide safe, comfortable bunking for campers after a long day on the lacrosse fields. At night, it’s time to relax, play in the game room, participate in “bowling night”, or catch a movie with friends.

High Performance Instruction…Every Position!
As the camp week progresses, every camper has an opportunity to move up to a more advanced group if the camper demonstrates a higher level of play. Our coaches are consistently trying to challenge our campers in order to improve their play as well as make sure that any transition is a smooth one.
Your skill level and overall team play will dramatically improve over the course of the camp week. Remember…EVERY FIELD POSITION is covered in our camp: Attack, Midfield, Face-Off, Defense, and Goalie.
Directing both sessions of camp this summer at Oregon State University is Malcolm Chase. Before a professional career in Major League Lacrosse and a LXM Pro, Malcolm was the Head Coach at the University Southern Maine from 2007-2011. He was named Conference Coach of the Year in 2009. Chad Stelling - Session I & II
Co-Directing both sessions at Oregon State University is Chad Stelling. Stelling is entering his fifth season as the Head Coach at OSU. Since arriving in Corvallis, Coach Stelling has led the Beavers to 4 straight PNCLL Final Four appearances, including a PNCLL Championship and National Tournament berth in 2013. Oregon State enters the 2014 ranked in the MCLA top 25 for the first time in program history.Read Full Bio
Before taking over at Oregon State, Stelling coached six years in the Oregon High School Lacrosse Association. He served four years as an assistant coach at Liberty High School and two years as the Head Coach at Century High School. During that period, each of Stelling’s teams made state playoff appearances, while posting a combined 67-33-1 record (67% winning percentage).
For the past 4 summers, Coach Stelling has worked for Xcelerate Nike Lacrosse Camps, coaching and directing camps in Oregon, Washington, Colorado and Texas.
Coach Stelling is a 2002 graduate of Oregon State University where he was a four year starting midfielder. Stelling led the Beavers in goals three straight years and racked up All-PNCLL honors each of his four seasons.
Stelling played High School Lacrosse at Glencoe High School in Hillsboro, Or. He was awarded MVP his senior year in 1998. He was also a member of the 1996 team, that won the Oregon State Championship. Chad was a member of the Innaugural Team Oregon All-Star Team in 1998.
Jason Rife - Session I
Jason Rife will be the Assistant Camp Director at Oregon State University during the first camp session. Coach Rife is the newest addition to the University of Hartford men’s lacrosse coaching staff. Hired in October of 2013 as the Hawks’ defensive coordinator, Rife brings an abundance of experience that features more than 15 years of coaching at the collegiate level.
Rife has spread out his coaching career over five different colleges and universities, and has been an integral part in each of those institutions finding postseason success as he has two conference championships and a pair of NCAA Tournament appearances under his belt.Read Full Bio
Arriving by way of Whittier College, also where he began his coaching career in 1998, Rife has spent the last two seasons in California as an assistant coach for the Poets. During his first stint at Whittier, he worked alongside Lawrence for two seasons, both serving as assistants.
Before making his return to Whittier and the west coast, Rife spent four seasons as the head coach at Wagner College in Staten Island. Before earning that position, he was a member of the coaching staff at Bryant from 2003-07, helping the then-Division II power to the program's first-ever Northeast 10 Conference regular season championship. Also highlighting Rife's campaign at Bryant was a combined 45-20 record and the development of five Division II All-Americans.
Rife first broke into the Division I coaching scene in 2002 when he was tabbed an assistant coach at UMass, his alma mater. In two seasons with the Minutemen, he helped the team to an appearance in the NCAA Division I quarterfinals in 2003. He is no stranger to the NCAA Tournament as in 2002 he assisted in piloting Washington & Lee to the Division III Final Four, a run that also featured the capturing of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference crown.
Rife graduated from UMass in 1996, earning his undergraduate degree in sports management.
Brian Lalley - Session II
Co-Directing the second session at Oregon Sate this summer is Brian Lalley. Lalley spent the last four years with the Canisius College men's lacrosse team, serving as the team's offensive coordinator and recruiting coordinator. During his time with the Golden Griffins, Lalley helped five players earn four All-MAAC selections.
Lalley played four seasons at Ohio State University and was a two-year starter at Orchard Park High School, earning All-America, first-team All-Western New York and first-team All-ECIC honors.Read Full Bio

Mark Prey - Asst Camp Director; Goalie Coach
Coach Mark Prey, an up and comer in the lacrosse ranks, was recently named the head men's lacrosse coach at Fontbonne University for the 2013-2014 school year.

We provide a nice balance of experienced senior staff members, highly skilled professional players, enthusiastic recent college graduates, and current college players. Their coaching credentials are outstanding: All-Pros, All-Americans, Hall of Famers, Coaches of the Year, and All-World players.

Campers are supervised 24 hours a day. The staff live in the dormitories with the campers and participate in evening activities. Drugs, alcohol and tobacco are strictly prohibited, and constitute, along with general misconduct, grounds for dismissal from camp without a refund.
