Nike Baseball Camps Set For another Summer At Westmont College

The Nike Baseball Camp at Westmont College offers two program types, high potential and general skills, to ensure each camper will improve their skill set at camp.  

San Rafael, CA April 1, 2014 - Nike Baseball Camps will once again be hosting camp at Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA. Camp is scheduled to run July 20-23. 2014. There are two programs offered during this week to ensure each camper is placed in an environment that guarantees their improvement. The high potential program is geared for baseball players, ages 13-18, looking to prepare for their high school season and with possible goals of playing collegiately. The general skills program is intended for baseball players, ages 8-12, looking to improve their skills, while having fun.

“The Nike Baseball Camp at Westmont College is the perfect opportunity for any baseball player wanting to enhance their skills or get exposed to Pro Scouts, “says Mike de Surville, Vice President of US Sports Camps.”The separate programs guarantee that each age groups goals at camp are met."

Directing the Nike Baseball Camp at Westmont College is Tom Myers who serves as a professional Scouting Supervisor covering from San Luis Obispo to Long Beach CA. Myers has spent time as a pitching coach and Associate Head Coach at Santa Clara University and UC Santa Barbara.  On Myers’s staff is Nate Trosky. Trosky is employed by the Milwaukee Brewers and is a consultant for the German National team, Team USA (NTIS), and for numerous West-coast College and universities.
