Coach Rusiewicz was introduced as Guilford College’s head football coach in 2011, after four seasons as an associate head coach at NCAA Division III Ursinus College. Coaching Tip-

Discipline and fundamentals are the keys to every play.  Understanding and doing your job (Discipline) are very important to the game of football when you have 11 moving parts to each play.  The little things (techniques and fundamentals) help you do your job and make the difference between winning and losing your individual match ups.
