New Nike Junior Golf Camp Location in Des Moines, Iowa
Legacy Golf Club and PGA Member, Rob Randall, set to host Nike Golf Camps in 2016.
San Rafael, CA, February 11, 2016 – US Sport Camps announced the addition of junior golf day camps outside Des Moines, Iowa. Legacy Golf Club, located in Norwalk, serves as the host site and directing the camps is PGA Professional and 2008 Iowa State PGA Teacher of the Year, Rob Randall.
“We have had successful camps in recent years around Des Moines and are fortunate to have such a well-respected instructor in Rob take over our programs,” explains Nicholas Brunner, vice president of Nike Golf Camps. “Juniors can be assured of a top-notch experience at Legacy’s Nike Camps this summer.”
Rob Randall has over 20 years of experience in the golf industry and has taught over 22,000 lessons and clinics in that span. He has been recognized by Golf Digest as one of the “Top Instructors in the State of Iowa” and has been nominated to the PGA of America Presidents' Council on Growing the Game four times.
“As a 20-year member of the PGA of America I have always embraced and supported junior golf, after all it is the future of the this great game,” states Camp Director, Rob Randall. “I am very excited to be a part of Nike Golf Camps, I look forward to a great partnership.”
Nike Golf Camps at Legacy Golf Club offers four week-long sessions throughout the summer and each runs Monday – Thursday. Full-day and half-day programs are offered to accommodate junior golfers of all skill levels. Half-day camps run from 9:00AM – Noon and full-day camps run from 9:00AM – 4:00PM. The camp is co-ed and is suitable for golfers ages 7-16 (ages vary by program option).
