Nike Smoky Mountain Running Camp – Week 3 SOLD OUT
US Sports Camps and Nike Running Camps looking forward to another successful summer at Smoky Mountain
San Rafael, CA: Smoky Mountain Running Camp is a legacy camp that US Sports Camps and Nike Running Camps has been proud to offer for years. The Asheville, North Carolina camp brings runners together from all over the southeast. There are three camp sessions for high school runners available this summer: July 3-8, July 10-15, and July 17-22. Session one is available to middle school runners as well, and during the same week, coaches may attend for an exclusive Coaching Workshop.
The July 17th – 22nd session has already sold out, which is a testament to the credibility of the program.
“Smoky Mountain Running Camp is one of the longest standing camps in US Sports Camps history, and for good reason,” states Jan O’Connor, Executive Vice President of US Sports Camps and head of the running camps division. “This camp has an exceptional coaching staff which has consistently produced very strong, highly-achieving runners. Campers return year after year because it is such a positive experience overall.”
Campers will train for two long running sessions per day on mountain trails, will receive video feedback on technique, and have the opportunity to listen to esteemed guest speakers on the topic.
Space for remaining sessions will fill quickly. Campers who would like the opportunity to attend this camp should enroll within the month. For those who purchase their seat early, Smoky Mountain Running Camp offers bus transportation from Marist High School in Atlanta. Transportation from Peachtree City is also an option for week two campers.
