NIKE Softball Camps Returns To Salisbury University:  June 24-28

Come join the fun at camp in Maryland this summer

San Rafael, CA - NIKE Softball Camps offers locations nationwide for players ages 6-18 of all abilities and is pleased to announce its return to the Maryland location, Salisbury University, June 24-28, 2012.

“We are thrilled to have confirmed our 2012 dates at Salisbury University,” states Mike de Surville, Vice President of US Sports Camps. “We look forward to the start of this camp and are confident that this location will be the premier softball camp in the state of Maryland."

Directing the camp this summer is Dr. Tom Stitcher. Tom has been assisting the Sea Gulls for the past 18 years, pushing the team to the NCAA Division III Tournament the past fifteen seasons and to the Division III World Series in 1998, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2009 finishing 2nd in the nation in 2003 and 2005. In 1999, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2009 the Salisbury coaching staff was selected as the Division III Atlantic Regional 'Coaching Staff of the Year.'

Nike Softball Camps provide focused, intensive training that is essential to improvement for all skill levels. Every facet of the game is covered with an emphasis on fundamentals to help players become valuable team members. At each location, campers are broken into groups with other players of similar age, abilities and goals. Each camp director does their best to advance players to the next level, keeping in consideration each camper’s experience and desire to improve.
