UC Santa Cruz to host College Prospect Camp in August

New this summer!  UC Santa Cruz is set to host a College Prospect Camp August 10-11.  This College Prospect Camp is an intense camp geared towards regionally and sectionally ranked players looking to play tennis at the D-I, D-II, and D-III college levels. The program is designed to provide high school players with a unique opportunity to train like a college tennis player on court with top U.S. college coaches and play in competitive matches. The coaches will put players through high intensity drills, match play and share strategies they use to help players improve and prepare their tennis game for college. Coaches will also educate players about how to conduct a proper college search, how to get coaches to respond to you, how to maximize the college tennis experience and many other secrets to the college recruiting process. Athletes often have a difficult time gaining exposure due to busy tournament schedules, school and location. Participating in these events has proven to be an invaluable opportunity for all.

Campers can choose between an Overnight option or Extended Day (Tues: 9:00am-9:30pm & Wed: 8:30am-4:15pm) camp option.

DAILY SCHEDULE & INFORMATION:
Monday: All campers check-in Monday at 9:00am at the dorms. Day Campers will depart that evening after dinner and evening activities at 9:30pm. (Lunch and dinner included for all campers.)
Tuesday: Day campers arrive Tuesday at 8:30am. All campers check out on Tuesday at 4:15pm. (Breakfast included for Overnight campers. Lunch included for all campers.)
