NBC Camps Finalizes 2011 Travel Teams

NBC Camps has selected 98 athletes and coaches to compete in Europe and the United States this summer.  Student athletes chosen by the NBC Camps Tour director and staff are athletes who demonstrate excellence both on and off the court.  Athletes ages 14 and older may try-out at various NBC Camps summer camp locations throughout the United States and Canada to be considered for selection.    After the initial try-out, selected athletes submit letters of references and resumes for further evaluation. 

This summer, NBC Camps will be sending 8 travel teams.   Tour travel includes sight-seeing, games, home-stays, and leadership development.

Summer 2011 Schedule:
NBC Tours will be sending a college volleyball team to compete in Maui, Hawaii this summer.  Along with playing games, they will host a mini-fundamental camp for local athletes as well as participate in community service.

NBC Tours competitive volleyball girls team will be traveling throughout the UK.

NBC Tours advanced girls and boys basketball team for athletes 16 and older will be traveling throughout Germany as well as experiencing a visit to Belgium.

NBC Tours will send a boys basketball team and girls basketball team from the United States as well as boys and girls Canadian basketball teams for travel and games throughout the United Kingdom. 

NBC Tours is planning its 2012 summer schedule with teams traveling to the UK coinciding with the 2012 Olympics as well as a Soccer Travel Team to South Africa.
