Our summer camp is a great way for girls and boys, ages 6-15, to stay active during the summer months, while improving their skills and having fun. For both novice and seasoned track athletes the camp provides both introduction and advanced instruction to many of the most popular track and field events.
Athletes condition and train in their specific events throughout the week for a camp wide mini-meet that is held each Friday. Events covered at camp include: short distance, long distance, jumping (both long and high jump), and throwing (shot-put, discus and javelin).
Highlights Include
- Extended care available
- Nike Running Camp T-shirt
- Camp completion certificate
Our entire staff consists of former and current track athletes. Our staff is experienced in track and field coaching and members of our staff are CPR certified and trained in first aid. Campers enjoy a day filled with exercise, track and field instruction, and, most importantly, FUN!
