2014 Camp Information
Raditude: An attitude toward running that becomes a way of living.
In the beginning, you learn Raditude. You learn to direct your mind and body toward winning and the results begin to show in your performance. Personal best after personal best becomes your history. Before long you find that you have learned to use Raditude to create a winning mindset that permeates each day, on and off the track.
Later, you become Raditude. Your indomitable outlook toward running becomes part of you. You no longer have to concentrate to create Raditude. You find that Raditude spills over into your academic work and your relationships. You become aware of a new ability to focus and a generosity of spirit toward others. Before long, you find that you are leading, leading with Raditude. It becomes a way of life: body, mind and character.
The Raditude Cross Country Camp helps you develop Raditude while providing practical tools to help you achieve championship performances.
What Can you Expect?
A typical day consists of breakfast, a morning workout, rest, lunch and speeches from the coaches followed by an afternoon workout and a group activity. You will learn visualization techniques, team-building skills and ways to maximize your performance through appropriate nutrition. 24-hour supervision is an important feature of every NIKE Running Camp. Staff members reside in campers’ quarters and participate in all activities
Join us this summer for an extraordinary opportunity to learn “Raditude!”
