Yoga for Peak Performance: The more flexible the swimmer, the greater the speed! And yoga is the perfect way for swimmers to increase their flexibility. PEAK OUT! Dry-Land Video: Swimming alone cannot develop the strength, flexibility, agility, or coordination needed to perform at the elite-level. The PEAK OUT! Dry-Land Training Video targets these all-important physical traits – giving swimmers a clear, competitive edge. The five, high-energy training circuits demonstrated in the video can be performed away from the pool and require no equipment. It’s the perfect fit for motivated swimmers on the move! Format: Stream video online. 82 minutes. Price: $85.00
PEAK Refresher 2.0: The PEAK Refresher 2.0 video, produced by 1992 Olympic Coach Nick Baker, builds on the fundamentals of Refresher 1.0 and introduces many elite-level skills not available on other swimming videos. The multiple and innovative camera angles take learning to a whole new level. The skills presented in this video are guaranteed to boost swimming performance! Format: Stream video online. 59 minutes. Price: $115.00

Camp ReviewsSubmit a review
Our daughter participated in the San Francisco Fall Clinic a few days ago and we want to share with you our positive experience and impressions. We found the clinic truly awesome! The work you did with the swimmers was really amazing. Your expertise, professionalism, guidance, inspiration and last but not least, friendliness, were truly awesome. The whole coaching team was synergetic, consistent, focused and everyone was great! We also truly appreciate Coach Roger and his work with our daughter during her private sessions. He showed great passion when speaking to her and a good sense of humor – he was also patient and provided excellent guidance. The clinic was very productive. Our daughter experienced many new aspects of swim training, the new drills and tricks – ones that are not easy available at her regular swim practice at her club. She feels much more confident with her swimming, which is something she struggled with quite often in the past. The SnapShot video review is a great idea… During our trip home to Nevada, we started to plan our schedule for 2015 to participate in the next Peak Performance camp, but this time a longer one. So, we hope our daughter will have a chance to see you and your coaching team soon!

We would like to thank you for the amazing coaching at the swim camp in San Francisco. It was one of the best learning experiences the boys have had in their lives. “Just awesome, 10 out of 10!” says our boys. You have a great connection with children – positive, encouraging, knowledgeable and convincible. I wish they would listen to me the same way! When I looked at the way you are teaching, it is not only about teaching children how to swim, it applies so many ways in their later life. Life is about where people want to go and what people want to be, but the journey how to get there is the most difficult part. Swim training involves goal setting, lots of hard work, and persistence…and the book you wrote is very helpful to them. Thank you, Coach Baker and ALL the PEAK coaching team! We wish to see you next year.
