Players with the ability to make quick and agile cuts can cause severe difficulty for defenses. A great way to improve your lateral and vertical movement is with the three cone drill. Make sure you are continually moving your feet, especially when you get to each cone. The goal is to explode using your plant foot, propelling you towards the next target all while keeping your head up and finishing through the ball scoop.
