Three Simple Running Tips
1. Calm down listen to your body- Slow and steady really does win the race. Running too much too soon is one of the worst things you can do to your body. Up your mileage by only 10 percent each week and be sure to take time when coming back from an injury.
2. Sun protection- Even when it is overcast remember to wear SPF and your skin will love you, remember no one likes a sunburn.
3. Dont' Skip Stretching- Don’t forget to stretch out those muscles post-run, loosening up your muscles by stretching helps prevent injury.
