Tips on How to Sprint Faster
1.Use your wheels- Think like a cyclist and use circular motion. Have your feet and thighs parallel to the ground and use those knees to drive in an up and down motion.
2.Shorten your stride- Don’t waste energy, focus on cadence speed rather than distance as you sprint.
3.Get in rhythm- Relax and get your breath in rhythm with your stride
4.Kick Butt! - Push from the forefront of your foot and toes and bring those heels up toward your bottom.
5.Enjoy the race- You are flying at top speed!
