Nike Volleyball Camps is proud to announce a camp at Waukegan Park Field House, directed by Net Force Volleyball Club Coach, Mike Falk.
This program is open to players of all ability levels. Here you'll master the fundamentals, develop proper mechanics and gain valuable game play experience. Every aspect of the game is covered, giving you a solid foundation to build upon after camp.

Mike Falk
As a founding member of Net Force Volleyball Club, Mike begins his 19th season with Net Force. Mike has coached all level of competition at Net Force. His 2012 15 Competition team finished 3 rd at the Northern Lights Qualifier marking the highest finish in club history for any Net Force team. Mike’s 2011 17 Competition team won the inaugural Windy City Power League earning the club’s first bid to the USA Volleyball Girls Junior National Championships in Atlanta, Georgia. Mike is a former NCAA volleyball player from George Williams College 1983-1984. He has a Master’s degree in Human Services and is employed by the Lake County Health Department where he specializes in the treatment of children and adolescents with psychiatric and behavioral issues.
The NIKE Volleyball camp at Waukegan Park provides campers with top quality instruction.
Campers train from 9:00am-3:00pm each day. Lunch is not provided. Campers are asked to bring a sack lunch each day.
Volleyballs: Baden Volleyballs may be purchased when you register for camp for an additional $15. Volleyballs must be paid for at the time of registration. Campers do not need to bring a ball to camp and purchasing one is optional.

- 9:00 Stretching/conditioning
- 9:15 Practice: pass/set/hit drills
- 10:30 Defense and serving drills
- 11:45 Lunch, rest
- 12:15 Hitting demonstration
- 12:30 Position work: middle/outside/setter
- 1:45 Transition drills
- 2:00 Practice games
- 3:00 Campers depart
