Nike Volleyball Camps strive to provide campers with a solid foundation to build upon after camp. Our mission is to improve every campers skills and overall performance. Nike Camps is proud to bring the Nike tradition to Aurora University for the summer of 2014.
Our Camp runs from 9am-3:30pm at the West Aurora High School gym. This program is open to players of all ability levels. Here you’ll master the fundamentals, develop proper mechanics and gain game play experience. Players are evaluated and placed into groups based on age and ability to ensure all campers are challenged.

James Seitelman was named Head Women’s Volleyball Coach in the winter of 2013. Seitelman comes to Aurora University from the United States Merchant Marine Academy where he led the women’s volleyball team the last three seasons.
Prior to his tenure at the United States Merchant Marine Academy, Seitelman was the Assistant Men’s Volleyball Coach t his alma mater, Springfield College from 2003-2005, and spent 2006-2008 at Western New England College as an Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach. He was promoted to Interim Head Coach at Western New England College during the 2008 season. He has also coached at the high school level twice. The Springfield College graduate has a bachelor's of science degree in elementary education and a master's of education degree in physical education.
While playing at Springfield, Seitelman racked up several impressive accolades. As a four-year starter, he was part of two National Championship teams (2001, 2002). During those same two years, Seitelman was tabbed as an All-American and in 2001 took home the National Championship MVP Award. He was a member of the Team USA at the Arafaua Games in Darwin, Australia in 2001 and left Springfield College as the career leader in blocks.
Seitelman is a member of the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) and is USA Volleyball Impact certified.
Seitelman’s coaching experience at the club level began in 2005-08 as an assistant for numerous teams at the Hoosierland Volleyball Club. She went on to become an assistant coach for the top 18 year old team at the St. Louis CYC Volleyball Club in both 2009 and 2010. In 2013 Seitelman worked with the Sporttime volleyball club of Long Island along with Kane County Jrs. Volleyball club in Illinois.
On the high school circuit, Seitelman served as the JV Coach and Varsity Assistant Coach for Waterloo High School in 2009 as well as Bishop Chatard High School in 2010 and 2011. In 2011, Bishop Chatard finished as the Indiana State Runners-up. This past season Seitelman was the Sophomore coach at Geneva High School and Assistant Varsity coach for a team that finished in the top ten in Illinois.
Seitelman’s collegiate playing career saw her start for two seasons as a middle blocker for the Hoosiers. She earned a spot on the 2005, 2006, and 2007 Academic All-Big Ten Team while Indiana also earned an AVCA Team Academic Award. In 2006, Seitelman also earned Big-Ten Defensive Player of the Week accolades. Seitelman's name still appears in the Indiana record book as she is fifth on the career list with a .265 hitting percentage. She was also a force at the net and ranks ninth in Hoosier history with 273 block assists and tenth all-time in total blocks with 309.
Seitelman graduated from Indiana in 2009 with a Bachelor's in Secondary Health Education / Physical Education.
Albano has extensive background in coaching most recently he spent time with the Canisius College volleyball program after joning the Golden Griffins in January 2011. Albano works with the Canisius middle hitters, who ranked first in the MAAC in blocking (2.27 blocks per set) in 2012. The West Seneca, N.Y. native previously spent a year at the University of Rochester as an assistant coach with their women's volleyball team.
Albano has also been an assistant coach with the men's volleyball team at Springfield College as well as with the men's and women's teams at Nazareth College. A four-year captain at Springfield, Albano was a part of two Division III national championships (2002 and 2003) and was also a two-time AVCA All-American (2004 and 2005). Albano earned his bachelor's degree in history from Springfield and also earned a Master's degree in education in 2009. Albano is a special education teacher in the city of Buffalo, who was married in the spring of 2013.
Mueller has used a illustrious playing career to springboard into a successful coaching career. Most recently he had coached Illinois powerhouse Deer-Creek Mackinaw High School. In addition to high school volleyball Brandon has worked with many club program such as Illini Elite and Fusion Volleyball club. Many of Brandon’s players have gone on to have successful college careers. A four-year captain at Springfield, Mueller was a part of two Division III national championships (2002 and 2003) and was also a four-time AVCA All-American (2002 - 2005). After his college career Brandon played professional volleyball in Germany.

The NIKE Volleyball camp at West Aurora High School provides campers with top quality instruction plus:
Camp runs from 9am-3:30pm daily. Lunch is not provided. Campers should bring a sack lunch with them each day.
Campers may purchase a Molten volleyball for $15. Volleyballs are provided for each camper to use during the session and purchasing one is optional.
