Nike 5meter Water Polo Camp at University of Redlands

USSC and Nike 5meter Water Polo is proud to offer our first camp at the University of Redlands this coming July. Instruction takes place each day at the Thompson Aquatic Center, located on the University of Redlands campus. Redlands is located halfway between Los Angeles and Palm Springs in the shadow of Southern California's highest peaks.

Designed by the top coaches and athletes in the country, Nike 5meter Water Polo Camps provide in-water instruction to make an immediate impact on an athlete’s game. Young athletes will have the opportunity to learn first hand how Olympic Athletes train, meet their nutritional needs, and balance their lives.

We want our campers to come home with experiences that enrich both the quality of their play and their life through a better understanding and greater appreciation for the sport, as well as more developed techniques and a heightened level of self-confidence.

Highlights Include

  • Day Camp runs 12:00pm-6:00pm
  • Superior instruction from former Olympians and College Coaches
  • Co-ed program open to all ability levels (Ages 10-18)
  • Low camper to staff ratio and 24 hour supervision
  • Daily emphasis on fundamentals, position training, drills and scrimmages
  • Every camper receives a Nike Camp T-shirt
