As a High School state champion in Track & Field, and a Division 1 Athlete running track and getting a full scholarship for Cheerleading at Syracuse University, Carla has always understood how to use her body for performance and results. She came upon yoga early in her life, in 1995 at the prestigious Jivamukti Yoga in NYC and was hooked. Not just by the movement and how her body felt, but also by the way her mind felt more relaxed and at ease. Since then she has been doing yoga with the masters of the yoga world including Dharma Mittra, David Swenson, Rodney Yee and Elena Brower, even having been in several of Deepak Chopra’s yoga videos. Her passion for yoga is what enabled her to retire from a job running a global consulting firm, to inspiring people to be the best they can be using yoga. She now owns two studios name Mantra in Greenwich, Ct and Stamford, Ct.

Talita Moss is passionate about yoga, and it is with much gratitude that she has been sharing the gifts of yoga with her students since 2013. Talita enrolled in her first teacher training to deepen her own practice and discovered that she enjoyed teaching just as much as practicing yoga. She holds a 200-hr Level I and Level II certificates, in addition to being certified to teach yoga to children, teenagers, and children with special needs. Her classes focus on clear alignment instruction, creating space in the body through the breath and guiding students to connect to yoga on and off the mat. She has a lot of fun teaching children of all abilities and ages weekly, as well as adults in studios and health clubs in Fairfield county, CT. She loves to travel and is always planning her next adventure. She holds a degree in law, but her favorite job before teaching yoga was working at a ski resort in Lake Tahoe, California.
