Join Nike Baseball Camps this summer at The Lovett School in Atlanta, Georgia! This general skills camp is available to athletes of all abilities, ages 8-14.
Camp instruction will focus primarily on age-appropriate fundamentals covering all aspects of the game - stretching and arm care, hitting, pitching, position-specific fielding, baserunning, and gameplay. The goal of this camp is to provide each player with a quality experience and gained knowledge they can take home and apply at their own playing level. Instruction will make use of the baseball field and indoor hitting facility and campers can expect instruction, drill work, and gameplay to show the application of what they've learned.

Camp Director Joe Purus
I've coached collegiately for almost 10 years prior to coming to The Lovett School. Some of those stops included Western Nevada College, Delaware State University, Cleveland State Community College, and the most recent is Reinhardt University in Waleska, Georgia. Each of these stops throughout the fall and summer, I worked at the university's baseball camps and others. Including but not limited to: University of Tennessee, Tennessee Tech University, University of Nevada Las Vegas, University of Nevada Reno, University of Delaware, and non-university camps too.
Camp Details
Instruction will focus primarily on hitting, fielding, base-running, and game situations. You can expect high demand for these first come first serve camper spots, so please be sure to register early.

CAMP INFORMATION

- Age Group: 8-14
- Camp Type: Day Camp
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am-3:00pm
- Check-In: 30 minutes prior to camp start time
- Meals: Lunch is not provided. Please bring a snack/lunch to camp each day.

- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours

INSTRUCTION & FACILITY
Ratio: 1:10 staff to camper ratio
Groupings: Campers are initially grouped by age and moved around accordingly based on skill level.
Facility: Outdoor Fields. Indoor facilities are available during inclement weather conditions.

MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
TRAVEL
Nike Baseball Camps does not provide transportation from airports, train stations or bus depots. If you have a child flying to camp, please arrange a shuttle or taxi service.
TEAM/GROUP DISCOUNT
If you have a group of campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a discount. Please have someone contact the US Sports Camps office at 1-800-645-3226 with the names of each camper in the group and we will create a unique discount code for your group. Campers may then register individually through the website at their convenience and apply the offer code during checkout. *Discount amount varies by program. Please call for details.
