NBC Camps' Complete Skills Basketball Day Camp in Edmonton, AB is hosted at Parkland Immanuel. This camp is a great option for upper elementary and middle school-aged athletes who want to improve their skills and have a great time with coaches who are committed to the success of every camper. This camp provides comprehensive skill training, motivation, leadership training, and the NBC Camps intensity station within a 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. time frame. This is one of our most popular camps, so register early to reserve your spot!
NBC stands for Nothing Beats Commitment and has been running camps since 1971. Camps focus on confidence, goal setting, mental toughness, leadership, intensity, athletic and life skill mastery, and the importance of personal faith and Christian values. Camps are intense and are for those who love basketball enough to work hard.

CAMP DESCRIPTION
Complete Skills Basketball Day Camps focus on the crucial keys to becoming a great player. We break our teaching into four focus areas: Individual offense, defense, shooting, and team skills. Campers are separated into teaching groups and teams based on their age and ability. Complete Skills Day Camps emphasize skill development, intensity, enthusiasm, leadership, and teamwork. NBC Camps' full-time staff work year-round to make NBC Camps the premier basketball camp in the world.
NBC HOOPGEAR
NBC Basketball Camps offers Hoopgear packages for pre-purchase. Walk into camp and get your gear for summer 2025. This year the Hoopgear offers two package options. The NBC Basketball premier hoodie and the basketball shorts or leggings. Add this to your camp registration and it will be ready for you at camp. Sample Daily Schedule
- 9:00 am Welcome and Warm Up
- 9:15 am Morning Skill Session (ball handling, shooting and individual offensive skills)
- 12:00 pm Lunch
- 12:45 pm Afternoon Program (video, speaker, team groups)
- 1:30 pm Afternoon Competition Session ( 2 on 2, 3 on 3, and full court competition)
- 3:00 pm Camp Ends
ABOUT THE FACILITY
Parkland Immanuel Christian School is located conveniently off the Anthony Henday and Lessard Rd in Northwest Edmonton. It has a standard gym with 6 baskets.
CHANGE IN LOCATION FOR 2022 - WE WILL BE AT SAINT'S CHURCH DUE TO CONSTRUCTION. ONLY 9 MINUTES FROM PARKLAND IMMANUEL CHRISTIAN SCHOOL.

How is this camp different from the Complete Player Camp at The King's University?
The NBC Camp at Parkland Immanuel incorporates the same outstanding NBC curriculum used at NBC overnight camps. Many of the NBC staff who coach at Kings also coach at Parkland. This day camp provides kids who don't want to stay overnight, or are a little less invested in basketball, an opportunity to experience NBC for a smaller price.
