Camp Director Geremy Robinson
As a former University of Hawaii and 11 year professional player, Geremy Robinson currently serves as CEO and head coach of Team OpenCourt Basketball Club Hawaii. Geremy has played all over the globe in many countries, which makes him very valuable for any program, team, or individual player.View Geremy Robinson's Bio ⟩
Geremy currently runs a very successful OpenCourt basketball club which has well over 150 players and plays in the summer AAU and NCAA circuit. The national success of his coaching and teams, got him named one of the top AAU coaches in the nation. His accolades have punched him a ticket to an NCAA basketball academy in New York, to participate in coaching international players.
Geremy grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where he started playing basketball at the age of 6. Geremy went to McKinley High School in Baton Rouge, where he played varsity as a freshman (which is unheard of in Louisiana because of the talent level) - his team won the 1993 Louisiana State Championship. Geremy finished his high school career as a top 100 McDonalds All-American, and a first team AAU All American - with the likes of Kobe Bryant, Shaheim Hallo way, Tim Thomas, and Lester Earl. After High School, Geremy went to Pearl River Junior College. As a two year starter, he averaged nearly a triple-double of 27pts, 9reb, 11ast, and was a first team JuCo All American. He also led his team to two state championships and a national championship runner up, his sophomore year. After two years at Pearl River, Geremy signed to play at University of Hawaii where he set a national record of 27 points in 6-min against St Mary’s, was also United Airlines “Tip-off tournament” mvp his sophomore year. After playing at U.H., Geremy remained active with a pro basketball career since 2001, where he first played for the Globetrotters. He has also been to training camps with Houston Rockets, Atlanta Hawks, and L.A Lakers, and most recently has played in the Philippines PBA (January 2011), where he led his Air 21 team to the PBA semifinals. Geremy is more than qualified to teach the game to youth, with his experience and knowledge of the game of basketball on and off the court.
Staff Pro Level Training
Pro Level Training’s concept is very simple: cover all grounds with everyone that we work with. In addition to skills training, we place major emphasis on the strength, conditioning and performance sides of the game.View Pro Level Training's Bio ⟩
The idea of Pro Level Training was conceived from Founder Joel Green’s desire to bring the “Pro” style of training and preparation to youth athletes. He saw that there was a need for athletes to learn how to properly prepare their minds and bodies for the game of basketball.
Our goal is to improve the quality of individual on court performance by providing clients with the physical & mental tools needed to get to the next level of their career. We enjoy both training and educating players to get the most out of each session.
June 12-16, 2018
Check-in: Tuesday at 4:30pm
Closing Ceremony: Saturday at 9:00pm
Meals: Snacks/Dinner are not provided.
Daily Hours: TUES-SAT 5pm-9pm
Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability. Parents are invited to attend the closing ceremony! Departure immediately following.
Transportation is not provided by the camp to or from any airports. If you are flying to or from camp, we recommend using an airport shuttle service. Please schedule flights as close as you can to the check-in times on the first day and check-out times on the last day.
A detailed camper registration packet containing check in location, health/release forms, emergency contact numbers, and a checklist of things to bring will be emailed to all registered campers in the Spring. The US Sports Camps health and release forms do not require a doctor's signature and they will be collected on the first day of camp.
We cannot offer scholarships due to NCAA regulations. Our affiliation with NCAA coaches and schools puts us in a position where any scholarship money can be seen as an inducement to a future collegiate athlete. This puts our coaches and our host universities in jeopardy of damaging their status with the NCAA and incurring penalties at the hands of their organizing body.

Coach Geremy and his staff were really professional.
Coach Geremy and his staff were really professional. They did a lot of different things that I haven't seen in other camps. It was a good combination of skills training with strength conditioning. The staff was the most credible I've seen in Honolulu. The staff was made up of former college and professional players.
