Departure immediately following at 12pm.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is not provided by the camp to or from any airports. If you are flying to or from camp, we recommend using an airport shuttle service. Please schedule flights as close as you can to the check-in times on the first day and check-out times on the last day.

REGISTRATION PACKET

A detailed camper registration packet containing check in location, health/release forms, emergency contact numbers, and a checklist of things to bring will be emailed to all registered campers in the Spring. The US Sports Camps health and release forms do not require a doctor's signature and they will be collected on the first day of camp.

SCHOLARSHIPS

We cannot offer scholarships due to NCAA regulations. Our affiliation with NCAA coaches and schools puts us in a position where any scholarship money can be seen as an inducement to a future collegiate athlete. This puts our coaches and our host universities in jeopardy of damaging their status with the NCAA and incurring penalties at the hands of their organizing body.

Uw Parkside Gymnasium

Campers will utilize the DeSimone Gymnasium and Petretti Fieldhouse for basketball instruction.

DeSimone-Gym.jpg

The Alfred and Bernice DeSimone Gymnasium is the home of the Ranger basketball, volleyball and wrestling teams. DeSimone Gymnasium boasts seating for 2,120 for intercollegiate athletic contests. Fans attending Parkside events enjoy the state-of-the-art scoreboards and video board. In addition to hosting indoor home athletic contests, the DeSimone Gymnasium is a regular site for speakers, concerts and other entertainment acts on campus. It also regularly hosts Convocation and Commencement activities for the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and Gateway Technical College. With retractable basketball hoops and separation curtains, DeSimone Gymnasium adapts daily to best meet the needs of its student-athletes. The floor was resurfaced and repainted in 2008.

Petretti-Fieldhouse.jpg

The Frank Petretti Fieldhouse is the newest addition to the Sports and Activity Center. The Fieldhouse features three full size basketball courts, which can easily convert to layouts comprised of four tennis courts, six volleyball courts, six badminton courts, or a combination of each. The court area is surrounded by a high-grade 200-meter indoor track (six lanes) which can host indoor track and field meets. Separation curtains allow Petretti Fieldhouse to meet the needs of multiple groups of students. The fieldhouse can also convert to host large assembly-events, seating as many as 2,000 people. The fieldhouse is the regular winter home of track and field, baseball, softball and soccer programs.
