Rebecca Agae
Administrative Assistant
Rebecca is a former college athlete and current club coach.
Rebecca grew up playing multiple sports. Once her dad introduced her to volleyball, that's all she wrote! She fell in love with it instantly! Growing up in Hawai'i she played with the PAL league and her intermediate school before moving to Las Vegas, Nevada. Rebecca played for Silverado HS from 2004-2008. Her overall record during her time with the Skyhawks is 85-5. She is a 3x Regional Champion, State Runner-Up, and State Champion. Earning 2nd Team All-Conference 2005, and 1st Team All-Conference 2006 & 2007. She began her club volleyball journey a little later than most, as club volleyball was not very popular in Hawai'i while she was growing up. From 2004-2006, Rebecca played for the highly esteemed Robert "Bob" Kelly and Kelly O'Quinn Johnson at Nevada Jrs. - Let's just say, they're volleyball legends. She credits much of her volleyball IQ, skill, and success to their teachings. From 2006-2008, Rebecca finished her club volleyball journey with Club Vegas under the direction of another Vegas volleyball contender, Jeff Richard. Rebecca was also part of the USAV/HP pipeline! Following her high school graduation, Rebecca went off to play volleyball for Yavapai College. She has coached for a few CCSD high school programs - Silverado, Liberty, & Green Valley. Her club experience includes CSA of Nevada and Sykora Academy. Rebecca has also served as an assistant coach for College of Southern Nevada Women's Volleyball (2023-2024). She has experience working with athletes ages 8-21. Rebecca enjoys being involved in the volleyball world as much as possible! She’s worked with the SCVA event crew, officiated at the NIAA level, works with US Sports Camps to run summer/winter camps, and sits on the Board of Directors with the Durango Fall Classic Foundation - another nod at her former coaches, Bob Kelly & Kelly O'Quinn Johnson. Rebecca enjoys traveling, being outdoors, and, most importantly, spending time with her family! Keep your eyes peeled, you might catch her running around as a production associate for the NCAA, WNBA, USAB, and NBA!
