Pat Boucher

Pat Boucher is a Connecticut native and former collegiate and professional soccer player who now serves as one of the most respected coaches and camp directors in the country. He played at the University of Hartford from 2008 to 2011, where he was a standout forward. After college, he went on to play professionally for the Western Mass Pioneers and had a stint with the New England Revolution.

Following his playing career, Boucher transitioned into coaching and currently leads the girls’ soccer program at New Britain High School. Pat is known as being a technical expert while priding himself on building confidence in every player through the relationships he creates with them. He has been a player favorite at every Beestera camp he directs and as he says, "there is no better feeling than seeing each player develop as both a player and person throughout camp.
