In August 2019, William B. Jackson founded Impact. Promises. Legacy. (I.P.L.) Athletes, driven by a passion for fitness training and athletic development. His journey from being a college athlete at Montgomery College to a basketball manager at Bowie State University shaped his initial aspirations of becoming a basketball coach.

With a desire to contribute to the development of young athletes, William attended various basketball camps, such as Jay Bilas and Mike Jones, to enhance his coaching skills. His dedication and hard work paid off when he secured the position of Head Coach at Howard University Public Charter Middle School of Mathematics and Science. However, the unforeseen challenges brought about by the Coronavirus Pandemic led to the closure of schools worldwide.

Undeterred by the circumstances, William saw an opportunity to channel his passion into a broader impact. Adapting to the new normal, he decided to transition into full-time entrepreneurship for one year, focusing on skills training and fitness for both athletes and everyday individuals.

William's dedication to basketball development has certainly paid off, leading to exciting collaborations with renowned organizations like Nike and USA Basketball to prominent teams such as the Washington Wizards and Mystics. His initiative in establishing the I.P.L. Basketball League showcases his commitment to providing opportunities for players of all ages. Additionally, his role as an assistant middle and high school girls basketball coach at Cardozo Education Campus demonstrates his passion for nurturing talent at the grassroots level.

As I.P.L. Athletes continues to evolve, it stands as a testament to William B. Jackson's commitment to making a positive impact, fulfilling promises to clients, and leaving behind a legacy of inspired and empowered individuals.
