Register for the Nike Cross Country Camp at Middlesex School where runners will develop fundamentals and advanced skills, while running at a beautiful campus. The camp is open to runners of all ability levels, ages 10-17.

Cross Country/Track & Field Coach - Endicott College Rylee Gillen
Rylee is a former NCAA Division I student-athlete who coaches the Men’s and Women’s Cross Country teams and the Women’s Track & Field team at Endicott College. Rylee also has experience coaching Track & Field at the middle school level.

Middlesex Girls’ Cross Country Coach from 2015-present Emily Jones Teevens
Emily has led the Middlesex Cross Country team to three ISL Championship titles and three NEPSAC D2 Championship titles in past four years. Her accolades include: NCAA D1 All-American in Cross Country while at Georgetown University Two-year co-captain of the Georgetown cross-country and track teams Helped lead Georgetown to the 2011 Division I National Cross-Country Championship title USATF Level 1 Certified Coach

- Week 2: July 21-24, 2025 (Mon-Thurs)
CAMP PROGRAM INFORMATION
Below are the camp program options offered at Middlesex School:
- Camp Type: 4-Day (Mon-Thurs)
- Ages: 10-17
- Division: Grades 5/6, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12 (Entering Fall 2025)
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 9:00am - 2:30pm
- Check In: 8:30-9am
- Check Out: 2:30-3:00pm
- Fee: $550/week
- Gender: Coed
- Skill Levels: All Levels
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEES?
- Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours.
- Day campers: Instruction and daytime activities only. Lunch is not included
- Camp T-shirt & Prizes: Campers at multi-day camps will receive a Nike Running Camp t-shirt and prizes

CHECKLIST OF THINGS TO BRING:
- Extra Athletic clothing
- 1-2 pairs of broken in running shoes

INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:10 staff to camper ratio
- Grouped by: age, ability and event
- Evaluation: by coaching staff
- Equipment Needed: Campers must pack a lunch each day. Campers should bring at least one pair of broken in running shoes. Please be sure to properly mark your equipment, so that it can be easily identified.

SUPERVISION
The staff will provide supervision between camp check-in/check-out hours (8:30am - 2:30pm); there is no supervision provided outside of camp hours.
Drugs, alcohol and tobacco are strictly prohibited, and constitute, along with general misconduct, grounds for dismissal from camp without a refund.
MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.
BEHAVIOR POLICIES
We may ask campers who require 1×1 supervision, disrupt the camp experience, or threaten the safety of themselves or others to leave camp. Behaviors meriting expulsion include, but are not limited to: a cause or threat of violence, putting themselves or others in danger, possession of a weapon, possession or use of alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, drugs or illegal substance, robbery, damage to property, sexual misconduct or assault, harassment, hazing, racist remarks or acts, or intimidation. In those cases, we will contact a parent to pick up the child immediately. We do not issue refunds to campers who are asked to leave camp.

CANCELLATION DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event a camp day is cancelled or camp hours are adjusted due to inclement weather, we will make every effort to provide make-up time. If make-up time is not possible, no refund will be issued for the first cancelled day or any shortened hours. If additional full days are cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, a pro-rated camp credit voucher will be issued for each cancelled day beyond the first.

HEALTH & RELEASE FORMS
The following documents are required by the state of Massachusetts and must be completed in the CUSTOMER PORTAL before the first day of camp.
Physical Exam: A physical exam performed within the last 18 months that is signed by your camper's physician is required to be uploaded in the portal.
Immunization Certificate: Immunization records must be submitted in the form of an “Immunization Certificate." This can be provided by your camper's physician. This must be uploaded in the portal. Per Massachusetts Board of Health guidelines, all campers must meet the requirements outlined in the Massachusetts List of Required Vaccinations. This form does include a doctor's signature. Campers can complete the MA-specific health forms after adding their campers under their profile in the customer portal.
Our additional Health & Release Form does not require a doctor’s signature. This form is required to be filled out accurately, signed by the parent (guardian), and submitted in our Customer Portal before camp check-in.

Yes, campers are supervised by the coaches and staff. All staff members complete criminal and sex offender background checks before working at camp.
